General Terms:
1. Warranty service is provided for products purchased and located only in Hong Kong SAR and Macau . Customer must register product warranty within 30 days from the date of purchase to enjoy free warranty service.
2. Please keep and present the product warranty card together with the official invoice/receipt to our technician when service is rendered.
3. Warranty service includes free inspection, repair and replacement of defective parts under normal usage except: cabinet, knobs, removable accessories, batteries, consumable, AC cord, connecting cords and other cosmetic accessories, etc.
4. If the product is used for non-domestic purpose in the basic one year warranty period, it will only be exempted from the inspection fee. Spare parts replacement and related transportation fee shall be paid by the customer, and the product is not entitled to maintenance renewal (if there is any) when the warranty expires.
5. 3-month warranty for remote control unit, USB wireless dongle, earphones (if applicable). 6-month warranty for rechargeable battery (if applicable).
6. Replaced parts will become the property of DCH.
7. This warranty will become null and void if: damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident or natural disasters; product has been installed or operated not following the original instruction manual; product has been repaired/altered/tampered with or modified by unauthorized persons; serial number has been altered, effaced or removed; or the company is not informed of any change of address or ownership of the product.
8. Service will only be provided under a safe working environment.
9. It is strongly recommended that separate permanent written records should be kept for all important data. Data may be lost or altered in virtually any electric memory product under certain circumstances. Therefore, it is assumed no responsibility for data lost or otherwise rendered unusable whether as a result of improper use, repairs, defects, battery replacement, use after the specified battery life has expired, or any other causes. Also, it is assumed no responsibilities directly or indirectly for financial losses or claims from third persons resulting from the use of this product and any of its functions, such as stolen credit card numbers, loss or alteration of stored data, etc.
10. DCH is not liable for any loss directly or consequential arising from breakdown of the products.
11. For service on outlying islands or area inaccessible by public transport in Hong Kong, an additional traveling fee will be levied. In case workshop service is needed, customer will be responsible for transporting the product to and from our Customer Service Centre.
12. Only carry-in services will be provided for small products.
13. For the products out of Hong Kong and Macau areas, all insurance, shipping charges, postage, transportation charges and other related expenses are at owner’s account.
14. All the rights of the warranty are non-transferable.
15. In any event, the paid fee is non-refundable.
16. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Special Terms: Applicable to Specified Products (Brand-New Products Only)
1. Audio & Video
  1. LCD TV
    - Purchase on or before 22 Jun, 2020: 2-Year warranty.
    - Purchase on or after 23 Jun, 2020: 3-Year warranty
2. Home Appliances
  1. Window Type Air-Conditioner
    - 3-Years on site warranty service. Warranty service does not include machine cleaning, drainpipe cleaning or installation / dismantle service. Compressor is warranted for 5 years. When the compressor is under warranty and the main body is out of warranty/maintenance, the labour fee, transportation fee, refrigerant refilling fee and other spare parts fee will still be charged.
  2. Split Type Air-Conditioner (Including Window-Split Type)
    - 2-Years on site warranty service. Warranty service does not include machine cleaning, drainpipe cleaning or installation / dismantle service. Compressor is warranted for 5 years. When the compressor is under warranty and the main body is out of warranty/maintenance, the labour fee, transportation fee, refrigerant refilling fee and other spare parts fee will still be charged.
  3. Refrigerator
    - 5-Years on site warranty service. If the compressor still within warranty period when the machine is not, replacement service will provided for the compressor, but excluding any inspection, labour, transportation and other relating expenses upon expiration of the warranty/maintenance period.
  4. Dehumidifier
    2-Years on site warranty service. Warranty service does not include air-filter or machine cleaning.
  5. Air Purifier / Ion Generator
    2-Years on site warranty service. Warranty service does not include air-filter or machine cleaning. Only carry-in service will be provided for Ion Generator.
  6. Microwave Oven/Steam Oven
    1-Year on site warranty service. The warranty does not cover glass, baking tray, baking rack, switch knobs and handle.
  7. Water Oven
    1-Year on site warranty service. The warranty does not cover glass, baking tray, baking rack, switch knobs and handle.
  8. Washing Machine
    2-Years on site warranty service. If the compressor still within warranty period when the machine is not, replacement service will provided for the compressor, but excluding any inspection, labour, transportation and other relating expenses upon expiration of the warranty/maintenance period.
  9. Ultrasonic Washer
    1-Year carry-in warranty service.
  10. Vacuum Cleaner
    2-Years carry-in warranty service on main body (The warranty does not cover tube, filters, dust cup, nozzle, accessories) and 1-year battery warranty.
